Exhibitor tables will be available in Vision Hall, on the Sunday's listed below.  All tables will be assigned on a first come-first served basis. 

A deposit of at least 25% must be paid to reserve a table. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your scheduled date. You may contact us to make additional payments or the remaining balance will automatically be taken from the credit card on file on May 1.  Vending deposits or any other payments associated with the event are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Neither Greater Grace Temple of the Apostolic Faith, Inc, or its entities shall be liable for claims arising out of injury, theft, or damage to exhibitors' displays, equipment, nor other property brought on the premises of the event. The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses and damages, and shall indemnify and hold harmless Greater Grace Temple Inc and affiliates, its officers, board of directors, and agents, and employees from all losses, damages and claims. Greater Grace Temple will not provide a locked area for your merchandise. All merchandise brought into GGT is at the risk of the exhibitor. Please note that Greater Grace Temple or its entities does not provide storage for crates or freight of any kind. Exhibitors MUST make arrangements for his/her own storage of crates and other packing materials.

I understand that if I am only paying a deposit, the balance is due on or before April 13, 2018.
